The Reel25 API uses standard HTTP status codes and returns structured error responses.

HTTP status codes

Status	Description
`200`	Request succeeded
`201`	Resource created successfully
`400`	Bad request — invalid parameters or URL
`401`	Unauthorized — missing or invalid API key
`404`	Resource not found
`409`	Conflict — resource already exists
`429`	Rate limit exceeded
`500`	Internal server error

Error codes

Code	HTTP Status	Description
`INVALID_API_KEY`	401	API key is missing, malformed, or revoked
`INVALID_URL`	400	URL is not a supported TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube link
`NOT_FOUND`	404	The requested video, account, or search was not found
`ALREADY_TRACKED`	409	This video is already tracked in your workspace
`RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED`	429	You’ve exceeded 60 requests per minute
`MAX_API_KEYS_REACHED`	400	Maximum of 5 active API keys per workspace
`INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS`	402	Not enough credits for this operation
